Welcome to Mrs. Bill's Kindergarten! This is the place to find important information and the latest news from Room 34. I'm looking forward to a fun year of learning and teaching your child.
We Are Super Readers!
This year, we will work hard to build our reading stamina and earn our Super Reader powers. You can help, too! Please read with your child every night. Ask them questions about what you read. Talking about the pictures IS reading! Some questions you may ask:
- Who is in the story?
- Where are they?
- How is the character feeling? Why?
- What problem does this character have?
- How can they try to solve this problem?
