The Leadership Team

During the Strategic Planning process, the Leadership Team provides the structure and guidance to each team - The Core Team and the Task Force Team. One major responsibility of the Leadership Team is to create the Charges for the Task Force groups. Charges provide direction for each group. Each Leadership Team members is also tasked with providing direction to their Task Force group and assisting with the research, background knowledge, and data needed to develop an action plan. Members of this team will move the work of the groups forward to get to a shared outcome. Our Leadership Team consists of the following individuals:

MEETINGS
 
  • November 28, 2022: The Leadership Team gathered for its first meeting with PLC consultant, Judi Riley, to begin the Strategic Planning process. During the meeting, the team developed a shared understanding of the strategic planning process, the role of the Focus group, Core Team, and Task Force group, and identified the data and information needed to inform the work ahead.
  • December 2, 2022: The Leadership Team reviewed the initial data and began to outline the Strategic Intents. 
  • January 20, 2023: The Leadership Team met to create Charges for each Strategic Intent. Charges will provide direction for each Task Force group as they embark on the strategic planning process.
