Strategic Planning 2022-2023

Our district, in partnership with PLC Associates, LLC., has begun a strategic planning process to guide our district-wide work and decisions into the future! The Southampton Township Strategic Plan will build from the district’s strengths and accomplishments and serve as a framework for moving our educational community to its Desired State by realizing select Strategic Intents. This plan creates a means for establishing a high-performance culture and achieving specific outcomes. It also involves a global perspective and positions the district for the future.  

This exciting work will take the entire school community. A comprehensive stakeholder group of faculty, staff, administration, parents, and board members will engage in setting goals and selecting actions through a Task Force Team comprised of unique Task Force groups working collaboratively and engaging in continuous dialogue and research. A draft plan, created by the Task Force Team will be presented to the Board of Education for review and approval in the summer of 2023.  Once completed and approved, the Southampton Township Strategic Plan will be our living district guide creating a long-range focus and direction through 2028!
