Home Instruction

Home Instruction is provided to students in kindergarten through eighth grade in general education or special education enrolled in Southampton Township Public Schools for an approved medical reason, on an intermittent basis, or for non-medical reasons.

If you suspect that your child may require home instruction services please contact the School Nurse's Office and the Office of Special Services to inform them of your concerns.  The general procedures for requesting these services involve submitting adequate documentation from the parent's doctor of the need for home instruction.  Additional Procedures and Guidelines may be obtained by contacting the Office of Special Services Secretary at the number below.
