About Me

This is my tenth full year with the Southampton Township School District as a dual certified Integrated Elementary Education and Special Education K-8 teacher in School #2 & School #3.

I currently reside on Long Beach Island in Barnegat Light, New Jersey. However, I grew up in Tabernacle and attended public school within Burlington County. Due to these unforgettable learning experiences, I know that Southampton is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating educational environment where everyone feels appreciated.

I enjoy going to the beach, running, and reading, as well as spending time with my family, friends, and Labrador Retriever. In addition, I am also a tennis instructor and academic tutor for children ages four through eleven.

Education

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Elementary Education and Special Education with K-8 certification from Towson University in 2013. As a student at Towson University, I was a member of Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society in Education, Habitat for Humanity, and Best Buddies. I also earned Cum Laude degree honors and recognition on the Dean’s List from Fall 2009 until I graduated in May 2013. I am also certified to teach Middle School English Language Arts,
