WELCOME BACK!
I am really excited about this school year! I am teaching technology in School #1 for kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades. I see each class once a week. In addition, each class receives technology once a week for one cycle during their enrichment period. We have a great time together and learn many amazing skills!
I also teach our Southampton Township Enrichment Program (STEP) for students with advanced abilities. Students that are selected to participate are pulled during their grade's RtI period to engage in activities that provide additional challenge and creativity. This year 2nd grade is pulled three times per week and 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades are pulled four times per week.
I continue to run the Firsties Maker Club afterschool for our 1st grade students. New this year, I am a co-advisor for several groups: GEMS (Girls Excited about Math and Science) for 5th- 8th grade, Family Science for 4th grade families, and Family Math for 3rd grade families. All are great opportunities for students to explore and enjoy great learning experiences. I am happy to help provide these programs for our Southampton Schools community!
