Hello! I am a Reading Specialist and Response to Intervention (RtI) teacher. Currently, I teach in Schools #2 and #3 where I work with Grade 3-8 students to provide a variety of direct intervention and push-in and pull-out tiered support services. I also serve as the district-wide ESL case manager, a School #2 I&RS case manager, and an ESY Summer Program Teacher.
I began my career as an educator in 2007 as a high school English teacher and transitioned into working as an elementary and integrated ESL classroom teacher for seven years. After earning my Master’s degree in Reading and PreK-12 Reading Specialist Certificate from Montclair State University in 2014, I have worked as a Reading Specialist. Then, in 2016, I joined the Southampton Township School District. I am trained in Orton-Gillingham, Fundations, and received my Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner certification in 2018 from Saint Joseph’s University.
